It took a some time for Insula to reach the front of the road block. \u00a0As she waited, quite a few vehicles were turned away. \u00a0The Founder saw the angry drivers and knew that her act would have to be spot on if she was going to be able to be any help to her student. \u00a0Hopefully, this was going to be worth the sleep she missed the night before.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally at the front of the queue, Insula saw the bot trying to look intimidating with the heat sensing rifle. \u00a0There was a second scanning device set on the road. \u00a0This one looked more like a box. \u00a0Insula knew everything about what it was for and she wasn\u2019t scared of it one bit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training-bot approached Insula\u2019s van as she pulled up. \u00a0Everything about the bot was identical to all others. \u00a0However, it spoke there was a particular Crisho accented voice, \u201cW\u2026 what business have you at this hour ma\u2019am?\u201d \u00a0The peasant behind the controls stuttered a bit. \u00a0He clearly was enjoying his role in this play. \u00a0Still, he recognized his employer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m trying to get groceries,\u201d Insula replied in frustration. \u00a0The Founder enjoyed acting as well. \u00a0She rarely had a chance to interact with the little people, but she had to remember her role. \u00a0She was supposed to be acting like a lowly peasant like those around her, \u201cI apologize m\u2019lord. \u00a0This morning has been nothing but trouble.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

There was a notable pause before the peasant behind the controls spoke again, \u201cV..very well,\u201d he continued. \u00a0\u201cTis a might big car for getting morning groceries is it?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSorry sir,\u201d Insula tried to imitate his accent, \u201cRoommate took the good one barhopping. \u00a0I know where she got. \u00a0Just can\u2019t get to her right now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMind if I check the back?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNo sir.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKeep your hands seeable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Another<\/span><\/i> notable pause from the mechanical guard. \u00a0Perhaps the pilot wasn\u2019t quite used to the controls. \u00a0Not surprising, peasants are trusted with so little but expected to do so much.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once moving again, the bot started fiddling with the box scanner on the road. \u00a0This was much faster since the bot only had to stick its hand into the device. \u00a0After that, the pilot communicated directly with the device.<\/span><\/p>\n

The bot lifted the device from its access point and aimed the device at the van. \u00a0Circling the van, it saw images of what what was inside through the hull. \u00a0There was nothing really: towels, a spare tire, the standard backseat, and a small basket apparently for trash.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seeing nothing of value, the mechanical guard waved Insula through the blockade. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBe sure to stay grounded while you\u2019re doing business,\u201d he warned.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYes sir.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

With that, the Founder drove into the secured area and <\/span><\/p>\n

Insula had taken great care in making this scenario. \u00a0The town\u2019s folk were used to disruptions in their lives. \u00a0They were peasants as well as Commoners so they expected things like this from the higher classes by now. \u00a0This particular disruption seemed to be more fun for some of them though. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now back to my student\u2019s test.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
